"Muy limpio todo, tienen área para que calientes tu comida, y en la laguna tienen servicio de comida, te tienen que trasladar de la laguna al hotel puede ser caminando o en bici, Pero las que dan ahí no son funcionales, en la laguna tienen el servicio de kayak y esta de lujo le suma muchos puntos a la estancia."

"Este Hotel en Xul-Ja tiene dos secciones una a la que francamente le hace falta mantenimiento y una buena remodelación. Lo llamaré “rústico”, para no ser muy severo. La segunda sección parece ser más nueva y tiene 4 habitaciones mucho mejor puestas y cómodas, además esta sección da a una orilla de la laguna, lo que la hace encantadora. No consumimos alimentos, excepto botana, que estaba muy aceptable. Puedes nadar, usar kayak o solo flotar y relajarte."

El servicio es extremadamente amable y atento, estamos muy agradecidos con Maya y con Rodrigo que fueron encantadores.
